After bathing, rinse the pet thoroughly with cool water and apply a handful of sugar scrub on long or densely-coated dogs to the wet, clean skin of the tummy, elbows, groin, or inner thighs. Massage in a circular motion and rinse thoroughly. On shorter coated dogs, you can apply the scrub by hand over the entire dog except for the areas around the eyes.

For best results, massage with a silicone pet brush and reach deep to stimulate skin, joints, and muscles.

How To Use

How to Use on Dogs: After bathing, rinse the pet thoroughly with cool water and apply a handful of sugar scrub on long or densely-coated dogs to the wet, clean skin of the tummy, elbows, groin, or inner thighs. Massage in a circular motion and rinse thoroughly. On shorter coated dogs, you can apply the scrub by hand over the entire dog except for the areas around the eyes. Use a pet brush to massage and reach deep to stimulate skin, joints, and muscles. 

Debridement: Try to shave around the wound to remove the hair and get down to the area that needs attention. Take a wet, warm washcloth and gently rub in circles to slowly remove the scabbing to get down to the skin. It would be best to treat the hot spot, not the scab or the hair. Apply sugar scrub on the cloth slowly and gently remove debris or scabbing until you reach the treatment area. Clean the hot spot well by using a clean cloth or gently rinsing. Finish by applying your subsequent medicated treatment to the targeted site.

Note: Use clean hands when dipping into the jar so as not to introduce bacteria into the main product; we've added a preservative to ensure product safety and stability. (The alternative is spreading bacteria, and who wants that!)
